Class assembly 6 A,B and C
Class assembly of VI A B and C was conducted on July 29through online platform. Theme for the assembly was “Natureconservation -Save life and stand for animal rights”. As part of theclass assembly a webinar was arranged for the sixth standard students on the topic “ANIMAL WELFARE AS A SOCIAL ISSUE”.
The class was taken by Ms. Sally Varma, Senior Campaigner, HSI
India. Students actively participated in the programme. It was very interesting to see the dance performance by the students with their pets. The students also introduced their pets and shared their experiences with them.

Class Assembly 8A & B 2021-2022
Class assembly of Grade VIII A&B was conducted on 10/07/2021 on the theme World Day Against Child Labour.We presented our class assembly as a short film Shadow of Life. In this assembly we tried to convey the exploitation of children through different forms of work and tried to reveal how it mentally, physically, socially and morally harmful to our children. Shri. K V Manoj Kumar, Chairman of Kerala State Commission for Protection of Child Rights graced the occasion with his message.

Class Assembly 7A,B and C
The class assembly of grade 7 A, B and C was released on Aug 7. The theme of the assembly was World Day for International Justice.
The 21 minutes session includes prayer, pledge, thought for the day, a quiz competition, skit and a dance performance. 23 students from three classes participated in the assembly.
A poster making competition was conducted regarding the theme of the assembly. Principal Rev. Fr Joshy Mayamparampil CMI gave the prize for Shreya S. R. of grade 7 A for securing first position.
Jobin Sebastian, Vigilance Judge of Muvattupuzha was the guest of the day. He rendered a speech on the importance of justice.
Vice Principal Rev. Fr Subin Kottoor CMI shared a valuable message on the topic.

Club Inauguration 2021-2022
very child is a land of mysteries. There are numerous talents that lie deep buried in them.
To foster such talents and interests of our children, Christ Nagar Public School Maranalloor has inaugurated 11 clubs on July 5 2021 through virtual platform. Principal Rev. Fr Joshy Mayamparampil CMI has inaugurated the function along with the Vice Principal Rev. Fr Subin Kottoor CMI. 11 eminent personalities of different fields were also present as the well wishers of each club. The Secretaries and Joint Secretaries were also elected for all the clubs.

Father`s Day Celebrations 2020-2021
Christ Nagar tiny tots celebrated Fathers` Day with a lot of enthusiasm on 20 June 2021."Dance with the music" contest was organized which witnessed the sincere participation that unlocked special memories of father-child relationship.The skit,dance,song and speech showcased the talents of our tinytots.

Onam Celebrations LP 2021
Ponnonam 2021 was a virtual celebration. It was inaugurated by the famous serial artist Miss Maneesha Mahesh. Aa a part of Onam we arranged various competitions to students and they were actively participated in it. Skit, Onappattu, Thiruvathira, Pulikali, Chendamelam and a festive dance were included in the main video.

Rainbow Day Celebration KG 2021
Tinytots celebrated Rainbow Day on July 30,2021 (Friday) via online. Its aim was to make the toddlers aware of different
colours. Each class was assigned a colour and the class teachers
gave an introduction of colours. They taught rhyme and activities related to the colour which was assigned for each class. All the class teachers prepared a programme video of their particular class and was sent in the class groups on August 2, 2021. The students participated in various programmes like singing, speech on colours, speech on favourite object, drawing and colouring, etc. All the tiny tots actively participated in the photography challenge by decorating their room with the colour assigned to them.

Class Assembly UKG A
The students of UKG A conducted the class assembly on 9th of July on the theme Sharing is caring.The assembly started with a comparing by Anaya PV and Ishan Ameer. The programme started with a prayer by Tanvi S J followed by a welcome speech by Amiya S joy. The Principal Rev Fr Joshy Mayamparampil, CMI conveyed his message to the students on the importance of sharing and caring. A variety of programes like Monoact, groupdance , musical skit, depicting the importance of sharing and caring was presented by the tiny tots of UKG A.The assembly ended with a vote of thanks by Mehul.B.Nair

Class Assembly 5 A,B and C 2021
Classes 5C, D and E conducted class assembly together through online. The assembly was based on the theme World Humanitarian Day. The official video was released on 10th August 2021 through the schools YouTube channel. Video began by defining the term Humanity. The programmes started with a prayer. Students from the three classes briefed about the theme and its relevance. It was followed by a short tribute video dedicated to the humanitarian aid workers who works selflessly for the humanity over day and night , children showcased their posters which expressed the heartfelt thanks and respect for the healthcare workers for their sacrifice during the pandemic. It also included a song which could kindle the young minds with a nostalgia over their school days before pandemic. It was followed by bits of kindness acts enacted by our students and their family members. The programmes got a conclusion with the theme dance. At the end of the video our principal addressed the viewers with his message. In a way the assembly was helpful to make everyone understand the meaning of the word Humanity in its true sense.

Onam Celebration KG 2021
Tiny tots celebrated Onam via online. Kids participated in many cultural programmes. It includes onapattu, vanchipattu, koithudance, Onam games, and a skit.

Webinar- ON THE TOPIC FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND EXPRESSION BY Dr. Sebastian Paul on 7 August 2021. 5 videos related with indian independence were shared in the class groups.Posters on important historical days. e - exhibition -Images of pre independent India .Presented mementoes and honoured four famous politicians including Former CM, Ex- MP, Opposition leader and Cabinet Minister of Kerala Government.

KG Sweets Day Celebrations 2020-2021
Sweets Day was celebrated on 7th July. The program includes speech, action song, Demonstration of fruit salad,laddoo and cake making by tinytots. To ensure enthusiasm, a fruit salad making competition was also arranged for the kids and parents. Ms Remya L also prepared sweets for the kids. She made delicious coconut laddoos and shared the recipe to the kids.

KG Environment Day Celebrations 2020-2021
World Environment Daywas celebrated on 5 June. Our Principal Rev Fr JoshyMayamparampil, CMI and Vice Principal, Rev Fr SubinKottoor, CMI together planted a sapling in the school premises and delivered environment day message to the kids. Children performed in different entertainment programmes like dance, song, speech,etc.

KG Re-Opening Day Celebrations 2020-2021
Kindergarten section celebrated the Re-opening Ceremonyon 3June (UKG) and 7June (LKG & Pre-KG) with colourful programmes in an online platform. The teachers extended a warm welcome to their tiny tots through a lovely performance accompanied by a melodious song. The students also performed in different entertainment programmes like speech, dance and song to welcome their new friends.

Reading Week Celebrations 2021-2022
The Reading Week Celebration of the Academic year 2020-’21 was organized from 19thto25th June. The celebration was inaugurated jointly by the school Principal Rev Fr Joshy Mayamparampil CMI, Vice Principal Fr Subin Kottoor CMI, staff secretaries and the in charge teachers of the language departments. The message of the day was given by the chief guest, Sri. AjithVenniyoor, who is a maven writer and worked in different fields, as a columnist in newspapers, news coordinator in Dooradarshan and the director of Gandhi darshan. Special programmes like recitation, book reviews, storytelling and speech prepared by students and reading materials were shared in the class groups for the duration of one week. Various competitions like picture storytelling cross word puzzle, recitation, poster making, reading competition, elocution and literary quiz were arranged for the students of all grades and the results were announced in the official video released on 25th June. The e-book containing ten selected stories of Bhagath A S Nair, the gifted ingenious from 5thgrade was released on the same day through the video.

Yoga Day Celebrations 2021-2022
The International yoga day Celebration for the academic year 2021-2022 was conducted on 21 June. Ms Thara P V Yoga Instructor was the Chief Guest for the International Yoga day. We conducted Online Yoga demonstration on that day. The chief Guest clearly explained to the children, What Yoga and the benefits of yoga. We conducted online as well as Yoga Teacher demonstrated some Asanas. Many of students participated in it.

Investiture Ceremony 2021-2022
Investiture Ceremony is one of the most prestigious event of Christ Nagar Public School Maranalloor were leaders are elected in each class and vested with responsibilities. Its is rightly said that leaders are not born, they are made .Let every child who stands here inspires others to dream more, learn more and become an excellent leaders of the future.To inculcate the leadership qualities in the students and to give them a feel of functioning the school administrative body was formed on June 18th.The event began with a prayer song by Kumari Archa J S and followed by the welcome speech of Ms. Renjini G R , the coordinator of Investiture ceremony.Our Chief Guest Advocate I B Satheesh M L A Kattakkada Constituency has given an inspiring message to us .The function was presided over by Principal Rev. Fr JoshyMayamparambil CMI.Respected Principal hoisted the school flag and the housemistresses hoisted the house flags. The newly elected school head boy MasterSangeeth Krishna K S and School Head girl Kumari Pavithra V S were honored by the principal with saches, The Staff Secretary Ms. Sandhya Mohan pinned the badges and MrAneesh handed over the school flag.The principal congratulated the newly appointed school council members for their preparedness to take up responsibilities entrusted to them.Rev Fr SubinkottoorCMI ,Vice Principal and Bursar of CNPSM, shared a message to the newly appointed School Council members.
The election process of Head boy, Head Girl, House captains and Vice Captains were done through Google Forms .There was a dance performance regarding leadership was done by our students under the guidance of Mr Bipin, faculty of Dance.The newly appointed Head boy and Head girl took the oath and shared their thoughts.
Ms. Archana Kumari V S proposed the vote of thanks and the programme concluded with the School Anthem.

Environment Day Celebrations 2021-2022
THEME:ECOSYSTEM RESTORATION JUNE 5
Environment day was celebrated in CNPSM on 5th June 2021.Principal Rev. Fr Joshy Mayamparambil CMI planted a sapling in the school campus and delivered the oath for World Environment Day to our students. The message of the day was given by Environmentalist, Sri. C R Neelakandan.
Vice Principal Rev.frSubinKottoor CMI introduced a farmer, who was also dedicated to our school since the beginning, to our students and made them aware about the importance of conservation of nature and the role of farmers in the same.
Students planted saplings at their home and took the Environment Day Pledge. Various creative online competitions were conducted for students in different categories.
A video including all these activities were shared with the students using the online platform.

Re-Opening Day Celebrations 2021-2022
ln the present scenario of COVID-19 pandemic we conducted our re- opening ceremony- Initium Novum and released our magazine Redolent-2020-21 on 27 th May.The Re-Opening ceremony video was shown to the parents through the Zoom meeting conducted on June 2nd.
Mr. RS Madhu, famous playwright, actor, director and makeup artist for the last five and half decades was the guest of the day and inaugurated the opening ceremony by lighting the lamp.We included a Prayer song by Pattuveedu( Mr: Raveendran and Family), famous in social media.The message was given by Our Principal Rev: Father : Joshy Mayamparampil CMl, Vice Principal Fr : Subin kottur CMl, Staff Secretary Mr: Pradeesh.After that there was an interactive session between students and teachers. With the grace of God and support of CNPSM Family everything the went on success.

Founders Day Celebrations 2020-2021
This year as a conclusion of the year lasting celebrations, we organized Founder`s day 2021,commemorating the 150th death anniversary of our patron, with National level Inter School Competitions. Rev. Fr. Thomas Chanthanparampil CMI, prior general of CMI congregation was our chief guest of the day. Rev. Fr Sebastin Chamathara CMI, Provincial, St.Joseph Prouince, Tvm; felicitated the occasion with his presence, Rev.Fr Mathew Thengumpally CMI, Principal,Christ Nagar Higher Secondary School ICSE, Tvm blessed the occasion with a talk on valuable contributions of our founding patron St.Chavara. Ms Akhila Anand, play back singer, declared the winners of the national level inter school competitions and bagged prizes.
